一是被包物品的特性、實物形狀、內(nèi)裝物品，在確定紙箱內(nèi)尺寸的伸放時應(yīng)考慮不同，楞型構(gòu)成的瓦楞紙板對伸放的影響。如對硬度大的內(nèi)裝物，惠州紙箱廠在確定紙箱內(nèi)尺寸的伸放時不能小，可約為取上公差，以防被包物品裝不進去。而內(nèi)裝物是柔軟的物品，在確定紙箱內(nèi)尺寸時就盡量取下公差數(shù)，因為這類物品在倉儲過程中會隨倉儲時間的延長，物品受重力作用而下沉，引起紙箱高度空間變大，導(dǎo)致抗壓能力下降。
